How Claims Work (Simple)

Open a ticket: Contact Support with your order #, serial #, and a brief description.

Triage: We’ll run remote diagnostics and issue an RMA if covered.

Ship/Repair/Return: Send the unit with the provided label; we repair or replace and ship it back.

You’re back in session: Most covered claims are resolved quickly once received.

When to buy: Within 30 days of device purchase (or at checkout/post-purchase upsell).

Term: Begins at the device’s original delivery date; extends total coverage to 3 years.

Transfer: If you sell/gift the device, contact Support to transfer coverage with proof of purchase.

FAQs
Does this cover accidental damage?
No. It extends coverage for eligible defects. Accidental damage is excluded.
Can I buy this later?
Yes—within 30 days of device purchase. After that window, eligibility closes.
Will this extend my Care Plan benefits?
This warranty is separate from Care Pro/Care Essential. Care Plans add service perks (scans/consults/support). You can carry both.
How many claims can I file?
There’s no hard claim count, but coverage applies only to eligible defects during the term. If a replacement is issued, remaining coverage moves to the replacement unit.
