Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy (TBYB). This policy explains how to change or cancel those purchases. For refunds, see our Returns & Refunds Policy (linked in footer/checkout).

1) Subscriptions

  • Recurring deliveries. Your order renews based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.

  • Billing. Your payment method is stored securely and charged at each renewal (unless you chose to prepay).

  • Auto-renew. Some plans auto-renew at the end of the term.

  • Cancel anytime (future only). Cancel or change your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellations do not refund charges already processed.

  • How to manage. Use the Manage Subscription link in your order/renewal emails or log into your Account Portal (Store Menu → Account).

2) Pre-Orders

  • What it is. You’re reserving an item not yet in stock. At checkout we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, then charge the remaining balance when the order is ready to ship.

  • Cancel window. You may cancel a partially paid pre-order any time before fulfillment for a refund of amounts paid.

  • After fulfillment. Once shipped, the order can’t be canceled; eligibility then follows our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3) Try-Before-You-Buy (TBYB)

  • Authorization only. We place a temporary authorization on your payment method when your TBYB order is placed.

  • Trial period. You have the trial window shown at checkout to decide.

  • Keep or return.

    • Keep it: we capture the full payment automatically when the trial ends.

    • Return it within the trial window: follow the return instructions in your Account Portal or the link in your order email. Items must meet the return condition requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Unreturned items. If the item isn’t returned by the end of the trial window, the full amount will be charged.

Notes

  • Changes/cancellations must be completed via the Manage Subscription/Order links in your emails or your Account Portal.

  • Policies above apply in addition to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any country-specific rights (e.g., EU cooling-off).
