Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your Eden Life product. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the terms below.
Eligibility
All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Returned items must be:

Unused and in like-new condition

Repackaged with all original components, cords, documentation, and accessories

In the original packaging with tags and labels attached
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@myedenlife.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, we will give you a shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Restocking & Fees

Unopened & Unused Products: 10% restocking fee

Opened or Used Products: 20% restocking fee

Order Cancellations (pre-shipment): Subject to a 3.5% processing fee for non-refundable transaction costs
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods, flammable materials, or hazardous items

Gift cards or sale items
Damages or Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item qualifies for replacement under warranty. Eden Life is not liable for any loss or damage to data, programs, or third-party devices connected to our systems.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
