What’s Covered

If your unit is DOA (dead on arrival) within the initial window, we’ll prioritize a replacement. Care Pro subscribers also receive overnight loaner perks per their plan.


What’s Not Covered (Common Exclusions)

  • Accidental damage, drops, spills, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

  • Cosmetic wear, routine maintenance, or consumables

  • Damage from improper power, surges, or acts of God

  • Loss/theft, commercial rental, or non-authorized service work

How Claims Work (Simple)

  1. Open a ticket: Contact Support with your order #, serial #, and a brief description.

  2. Triage: We’ll run remote diagnostics and issue an RMA if covered.

  3. Ship/Repair/Return: Send the unit with the provided label; we repair or replace and ship it back.

  4. You’re back in session: Most covered claims are resolved quickly once received.


Eligibility & Activation

  • Who can buy: Eden Life Rife Machine owners (one plan per device).

  • When to buy: Within 30 days of device purchase (or at checkout/post-purchase upsell).

  • Term: Begins at the device’s original delivery date; extends total coverage to 3 years.

  • Transfer: If you sell/gift the device, contact Support to transfer coverage with proof of purchase.


Plan Details

  • Price: $1,499 (service; no shipping)

  • Billing: One-time purchase; coverage lasts for the term above

  • Refunds: 30-day refund if no claims were filed; non-refundable thereafter

  • Support channels: Email/chat for all plans; Care Pro adds priority phone + overnight loaner for DOA


FAQs

Does this cover accidental damage?
No. It extends coverage for eligible defects. Accidental damage is excluded.

Can I buy this later?
Yes—within 30 days of device purchase. After that window, eligibility closes.

Will this extend my Care Plan benefits?
This warranty is separate from Care Pro/Care Essential. Care Plans add service perks (scans/consults/support). You can carry both.

How many claims can I file?
There’s no hard claim count, but coverage applies only to eligible defects during the term. If a replacement is issued, remaining coverage moves to the replacement unit.
